MARINE Integrated System Platforms
Integrated module platforms for ship’s critical auxiliary systems provide substantial benefits to shipbuilders, designers, and vessel owners and operators. It greatly speeds up the shipbuilding process from engineering to installation to commissioning to start up. These platforms provide a plug-n-play type integration to the ship’s systems. With individual monitoring and control systems, the interface to the ship’s control system is a basic communication bus.
At Precise, we specialize in these types of integrated modules for the marine industry. Our marine skids are designed and built to meet some of the toughest and challenging specifications, requirements defined by our US military, shipbuilders, and marine regulatory agencies. The space constraints, weight limitations, and the extreme environmental characteristics make for a very special package, one that only an experienced and capable design and manufacturing company can do.
The integral controls and monitoring systems are custom designed to meet the customers specifications for signal characteristics, functional performance, Safety protocol, and operator/control system interface.
Precise has design and built integrated fuel filtration skids that are currently installed on US Coast Guard and US Navy combatant vessels.
